Project Courage & Comfort
Project Courage & Comfort is a program of the Honor and Courage Foundation dedicated to bringing comfort, encouragement, and support to Active Duty Military members and Veterans undergoing cancer treatment, including those battling cancers linked to toxic exposures such as Agent Orange and burn pits.
For many of these heroes, cancer is another battle connected to their service to our country. Project Courage & Comfort was created to remind them that they do not have to face that battle alone.
Through this program, the Honor and Courage Foundation will list thoughtfully selected comfort items recommended by hospital staff for patients receiving treatment at Walter Reed Military Medical Center. These items are intended to make difficult days of treatment a little more comfortable while also delivering something just as important - a reminder that their service, sacrifice, and courage have not been forgotten.
You served for us. Now it is our honor to stand with you.
All Courage & Comfort Items for patients can be purchased at the Amazon link below and one of our Honor and Courage Volunteers will personally take to Walter Reed Military Medical Center.
